Hatch outside of Bakersfield, California, after The Lord told him go looking for "...Those who come from afar to say 'Hello.'" They're a race of inter-galactic scavengers who, other than occasionally abducting humans for scientific purposes, are pretty nice fellows. Rev. Hatch says they'll be back to give those fortunate enough to live in Utah a lightshow on Jan. 18th, 2001.
